Job Title: Bar Supervisor

Reports to: Centre Manager

Location: Coniston Sports & Social Centre

Hours: Thurs to Sunday (flexible hours)

Pay: £13.00 per hour

**Purpose of the role**

Supporting the Centre Manager in the day to day running of Coniston Sports & Social Centre.

**Key responsibilities**

Day to day tasks including but not limited to:

- Centre Assistant rotas for approval by Centre Manager
- Operational supervision of Centre Assistants
- Locking up on close of business
- Weekly cleaning of lines
- Supplier orders for approval by Centre Manager
- Review of bar offering in line with customer requirements
- Review of bar prices maintaining bar margins
- Serving bar customers ensuring any age validation checks are completed.
- Maintaining a clean and organised bar area.
- Food preparation, ensuring food hygiene procedures are adhered to.
- Clearing and cleaning tables, wiping surfaces and loading dishwasher.
- Centre preparation for entertainment and events
- Diligence around Centre activities, cleanliness and maintenance.
- Other tasks as reasonably required by the Centre Manager.
- Hours will include day, evenings and weekends.

Part-time hours: 24-40 per week
