Reporting to the Head of Carpentry the Furniture Frame Maker / Assembler's key duties and responsibilities are:
- Working to specifications, drawings and from templates to make high quality Upholstery Furniture Frames.
- Ability to read client CAD drawings.
- An eye for accuracy and detail and ability to produce quality work.
- To be able to use own initiative.
- Highly motivated and a team player also with the ability to work independently if required.
- Maintenance of equipment and tools.
Experience / skills required:
- Previous experience of bespoke furniture manufacture including upholstered furniture frame making.
- Good attention to detail.
- Good spoken and written English.
This is a full time permanent position.
The working week is 40 hours with the working days 7am to 5pm Monday to Thursday & 7am to 12pm on Friday.
28 days Holiday including Bank Holidays.
Based in central High Wycombe within commuting distance of the M40 & M25 and with excellent train and bus transport links.
