This role profile is a guide to the work you will initially be required to undertake. It may be changed from time to time to incorporate changing circumstances, and you may be required to be flexible and perform other duties as required by your manager. It does not form part of your contract of employment. You will also need to be Flexible in covering Annual Leave, Sickness and Absences

**Overall purpose of the role**:
To lead the delivery of comprehensive specialist cleaning services supporting key accounts within London

The purpose of the Window Cleaning Services Leader role is own responsibility for leading the specialist cleaning services Team’s and to deliver key and quality specialist cleaning services to key accounts in London.

As a key member of the team the role takes direct ownership for the Operational management of the site-based window cleaning teams.

Key to the role is to ensure full operational compliance with both the clients/ISS requirements and statutory obligations, and deliver quality, responsive and proactive service.

**Objectives of the role**:
The Window Cleaning Services Leader will manage and ensure full operational delivery of service daily. The role covers key accounts in London and travel to other sites will be necessary as required. They will effectively lead their operational teams structuring process and service delivery.

The Window Cleaning Services Leader will assist in the management of full resource control for their area ensuring targets are adhered to and bringing to attention of the KAM any issues or outstanding anomalies, in addition they will manage and ensure that compliance is effectively delivered in the following areas:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To carry out and manage specialist cleaning tasks including, but not limited to window cleaning, hard floor cleaning, carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning, clean environment, and Sensitive Waste management etc.
- Geographical area will be London.
- Ability to work out of normal working hours and at Weekends.
- Engage and collaborate fully with all stakeholders to ensure seamless service provision
- To ensure correct materials, equipment and methods are always used and equipment is kept clean and in good working order. Manage compliance of faulty machinery / equipment immediately.

**Health, Safety and Environment**:

- To ensure effective management of staff within their control and ensure compliance with all relevant HS&E policies and procedures at all times and to promote best practices with regards to managing staff HS&E Training and development, correct fit for purpose PPE is worn, when necessary, that staff are fully aware of the duty of care to ensure the welfare of themselves and others and the potential consequence of their acts or omissions.
- Create and Maintain a Healthy, Safe, and Secure Environment and ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation.
- To embed safety together culture in ISS in all account processes.

**People and Culture**
- To ensure compliance with all ISS Policies and Procedures in relation to recruitment, sickness and absence management, disciplinary procedures etc.

**T&A Wages Submission**
- To work closely with your Line Managers and Business Support Team to ensure compliance of Wages Submission Policies, Procedures and deadlines.
- To monitor the Daily Signing in Sheets which must be sent to the BST.
- To identify and rectify all anomalies.

**Encourage innovation**:

- To assist and ensure the ongoing development of all SCSTs, teams within the service and to establish succession plans for all key positions.
- To create, maintain and enhance effective working relationships with the clients at the appropriate level.
