**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?**

We are looking for someone with great data administration, customer service and creative skills to support several projects across our whole Searchability Group. This includes:

- Updates to the website
- Written content such as blogs, polls and website updates
- Creative design content such as job ads, market snapshots, discovery dives, internal and external graphics
- Perform a variety of administrative duties across our CRM
- Ad-hoc tasks requested by senior members of Searchability
- Helping to organise our social events on First Friday and Third Thursday
- Assisting in content on social media for our several Searchability brands
- Booking hotels, trains and transfer for employees
- Put together folders for our Searchability Recruitment Campus
- Create social media profiles on LinkedIn and Twitter for our new starters at Searchability

You will need to have a great eye for detail, a creative mindset, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage your time and responsibilities whilst working in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in a customer facing / data focused / administrative role is advantageous as we are looking for someone with great initiative who can hit the ground running in this important role. Any experience using the following tools is excellent, but not essential as full training will be given across: Mercury, ClickDimensions, OneUp Sales, Canva, LinkedIn Talent Insights, WordPress and much more. As long as you have the desire to learn and a great attitude, we can provide the support to help you learn

**WE NEED YOU TO HAVE**
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- A keen eye for detail and impeccable grammar
- Creative mindset and skills
- The ability to work in Chester City Centre - core hours are 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday and 8:30am-5:00pm Friday
- Time management skills, initiative and ability to work at a fast pace
- Experience in customer service facing roles
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs including Math and English A - C (9 -4) are required. (Qualifications in a creative field are beneficial)

**IT’S NICE TO HAVE**
- Experience using Canva
- Experience with GDPR and data compliance
- Previous experience in recruitment / marketing agency environment

Our Marketing Administrator Apprentice will be working towards a Level 3 Business Administration qualification with training provider Cheshire College South & West.

**Course duration**: 15 months

**Progression**: Opportunity to progress on to Marketing Assistant or Digital Services Assistant position after gaining qualification.
