Crofts Estate Agents, Cleethorpes are looking for an enthusiastic and pro-active individual for the role of New Homes sales adviser at one of our local new build sites.
- We require someone to be able to actively seek potential buyers and to be creative with thinking and carrying out marketing strategies
- Working alongside the developer and liaising with the builders
- All general office duties with day-to-day running of the marketing suite.
- Arranging, chasing and feeding back viewings.
- Negotiating offers & taking reservations.
- Assisting buyers with upgrade options
- Taking payments for reservations and upgrades
- Arranging property valuations.
- Monitoring and chasing sales through to completion.
- Liaising with Mortgage Brokers, Solicitors, Surveyors and other Estate Agents.
- Registering and maintaining applicant database.
- Ensuring all records are accurate and kept up to date.
- Advising clients about the buying and selling process.

Additional Skills Required are:

- A positive 'can-do' approach to your work and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Punctuality and good time management.
- Diligence and organisational skills with the ability to cope well under pressure.
- Excellent IT skills, data recording and attention to detail.
- Fantastic communication skills with a polite and helpful telephone manner.

Sales and/or property experience essential.

This role requires Saturday work on a rota basis
