Sales Coordinator

RKW has a great new opportunity to join our Sales Administration team, in the role of Sales Coordinator, focusing on our e-commerce platform clients. You’ll be working with a busy team to focus managing orders from Amazon, across multiple product brands.
Suitable applicants are likely to have a background in Sales Order Processing or Customer Service Administration, with exposure to e-commerce platforms a distinct advantage.
The Amazon Team Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing order book processing for our RKW and Swan orders. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to ensure the smooth flow of orders through the system.
Additionally, the coordinator will assist in maintaining account data and resolving issues related to orders and account management.
**Responsibilities**:
- Processing of RKW and Swan brand Orders:
- Process orders from the RKW and Swan accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Allocate products to orders and coordinate with the warehouse for order fulfilment.
- Request UPS shipments for orders as needed.
- Generate and provide regular price and margin reports for RKW and Swan order books.
- Share these reports with the account managers to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Review and manage shipping windows for orders, ensuring orders are shipped within specified timeframes.
- Attempt to extend shipping windows when necessary, coordinating with relevant teams.
- Address unpicked items promptly, coordinating with the warehouse to resolve any issues.
- Manage backorders efficiently, communicating with customers and updating delivery dates as necessary.
- Add deliver-on dates to orders and ensure they align with customer expectations.
- Regularly review aged allocations and take appropriate actions to resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor and rectify instances of short shipments.
- Conduct general account maintenance to ensure data accuracy and cleanliness.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in order processing and account management.
- Proficiency in using order processing software and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative.
- Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
