**About us**

We are a London Based Design Agency established for over 40 years working mainly in the beverage industry. We are looking for a bright enthusiastic person to join our accounts department in our Mentmore Office 1 day a week to assist with various duties

Our work environment includes:

- Modern office setting, Free Parking, Flexible Hours

Providing support to the Accounts Department.

Performing administrative tasks.

Processing transactions and updating ledgers.

Preparing financial reports.

Assisting with audits, fact checks and resolving discrepancies

Maintain Files and electronic records.

Check all financial transactions for accuracy.

Key data into accounting system.

Bank Reconcilliation essentail

Staff Expense Claims and Analysis

Ad hoc Duties

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION**

Work experience as a Purchase or Sales Ledger Assistant

Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures

Familiarity with finance / VAT regulations

Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.

Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software Knowledge of TAS Books Essential, Xero Helpful

Organization skills

Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.

Qualification in Accounting, Preferably level 2/3 AAT

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£13.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- purchase ledger: 3 years (preferred)
