We’re looking for a Skilled Labourer to join our team in North Hampshire. Based out of Basingstoke, you’ll be working around North Hampshire and surrounding areas. This is a full time, permanent role, working 39 hours per week. Want to know what we can offer you?

**Here’s the facts about the role**:
As a skilled labourer, you’ll provide a minor skilled repairs and maintenance service to our properties. This may involve some of the following:

- Groundwork, some fencing works (repairs and replacements), possible brick work repairs and small paving works
- Keeping sites clear of rubbish & delivering to tip/central skip
- Delivering and collecting materials from and to sites
- Occasionally small jobs of painting and decorating, mould washes or minor brickwork repairs
- Assisting on 2 person repairs
- Occasionally working with the roofers to provide support for working at heights

You’ll need to have experience in a varied role, carrying out similar tasks to the above. You’ll also have good knowledge of health and safety to carry out works safely.
