**Responsibilities**:

- Clean, dry and put away dishes from the restaurant
- Collect and wash kitchen equipment
- Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised
- Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as efficiently as possible
- With training, help to prepare and plate up desserts

Previous experience in a busy kitchen is not necessary, but a willingness to tackle the job at hand and progress your career is.
