**Key Role Responsibilities**:
As aWorkshop Controller, you will be an integral member of the Aftersales Team.Your key responsibilities will include:

- Leading your department in a clear, considered and appropriate manner,in line with the Vindis Vision, and building an accountable and progressivebusiness unit.
- Ensuring that the Workshop Team has a clear understanding of the performance of the department and the wider business.
- Implementing a robust approach for ensuring that employees have visibility of daily objectives, and that progress is updated appropriately throughout the day. Ensuring that proactive action is taken to achieve successful outcomes.
- Evaluating and distributing servicing and maintenance work, based upon an effective understanding of skillsets and competencies.
- Ensuring that all documentation and records that are created andmaintained by your department are complete, accurate and aligned with anygoverning quality standards.
- Ensuring that all employees within your department have received thedirection, training and knowledge needed to be able to conduct their roleseffectively, and to develop into specialists within their chosen areas.

**Prerequisites**:

- Previousrelevant experience required
- Previousmotor industry experience required
- Goodcommunication skills
- Goodattention to detail
- Full UKdriving licence required
