West Port Timber Windows and Doors make high performance bespoke timber windows, doors and fire doorsets for the domestic and commercial marketplace and we're proud to be a successful British manufacturer. We make timber products that combine quality engineering and technical know-how with designs that suit British buildings traditional or contemporary.

Owing to expansion and continued development we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Internal Sales Account Manager to join our internal sales team. You will help support the Company in the overall development of the Sales function to achieve business targets through excellent telephone sales and communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and develop a portfolio of accounts; Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to achieve long-term success
- Understand client needs and provide solutions to meet their objectives in a timely manner
- Generate new business to increase sales
- Contribute to achieving Sales Targets and KPI’s

**Qualification and skills**:

- Previous experience in a similar sales/business development role
- Commercially focused with strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to use your own initiative
- Self-motivated and target driven
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
