Are you looking for a receptionist role in an exciting and vibrant environment, and which doesn’t require you to work on Fridays? Look no further.
We are looking for someone who is personable, articulate and able to coordinate a variety of administration responsibilities to support different elements of our organisation on a part time basis (Monday-Thursday). They will be organised, approachable, hardworking, a problem solver.
If you have a good mix of reception and admin experience, and are willing to get stuck in, then this is the perfect role for you

This role will be based in the London office working on exciting, award-winning brands like Sky HISTORY and Crime+Investigation.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Meet & Greet
- Representing A+E with a positive attitude
- Maintaining reception security
- Purchase order raising, and receipting.
- Stationary / cleaning and Catering supplies ordering and Stock take.
- Day to day running of access control system, issuing access
- Issuing and keeping upto date locker and cupboards system
- Managing and booking visitors into Building visitor system
- Answering Phone calls
- Sorting incoming and outgoing mail.
- Booking couriers
- Updating reception Bible.
- Maintaining the reception area and main meeting room Blaze, keeping it clean and tidy.
- Maintain and organise magazines in reception for guests
- Set up of meeting rooms and set down including necessary stationery organise catering drinks supplies for VIP meetings.
- Reporting of any issues found in meeting rooms to Director of Office Management
- Managing Eptura meeting room and desk bookings system
- Managing day-to-day booking of car park, Goods in and bike store
- Liaising with the day porter/cleaner
- Liaising with Contractors when Director of Office Management is off site
- Liaising with the ground floor Security and reception day to day
- New starters induction
- Concur (to raise POs)
- Kantech (security access control)
- Condeco (room and meeting booking system)

- Friendly - good interpersonal skills
- Organised - be able to quickly locate what they and others are looking for
- Superb time Management - need to be able to juggle multiple tasks each day
- Ability to listen
- Can do attitude with learning new technology. Strong technology skills
- Good communicator - written and spoken
- Happy to work independently on the front desk, and think fast on your feet and accurately
- Dependable - receptionist is usually the first point of contact, they will work with employees across the organisations, treating them and visitors with respect and a proactive attitude to enquiries and requests
