Complaints Handler

Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and resolving issues with precision and efficiency? We're seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Complaints Specialist

As a Complaints Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers' concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Here's what you'll be doing:

- Capturing, tracking, and managing all complaint-related activities within our defined framework.
- Investigating and analysing defects to their core, documenting findings, and routing data to the appropriate teams.
- Conducting in-depth analyses of complaint entry points, identifying trends and root causes, and proposing solutions for continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with various teams to foster a transparent culture of complaint awareness and resolution excellence.

**What we're looking for**:

- Previous experience in complaint handling
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and effectively communicate risks to management.
- Willingness to train and support other team members when needed.
- Proven ability to self-direct work when needed, while also thriving under clear supervision to meet performance standards.
- Demonstrated capacity for independent judgment in decision-making, along with the ability to engage positively and effectively with individuals at all organisational levels, partners, and customers.
- Exceptional verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
- Aptitude for comprehending processes and conducting insightful trend analyses and process-based assessments.
- Proficiency in essential software tools such as MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
