**Sales Ledger Assistant**

**Salary - £26,000 - 28,000**

**Location - Solihull**

As the Sales Ledger Assistant you will be required to:

- Raise sales invoices for customers for any monthly charges
- Credit control for customers to ensure any aged debt is kept to a minimum
- Post receipts to customer accounts to ensure accounts are up to date
- General admin duties for the sales ledger including filing of direct debit mandates and keeping track on incoming post
- Answering customer queries
- Providing copy invoices when necessary
- Raising invoices
- Liaising with internal teams and customers
- A Sales Ledger background
- Experience of Accounts receivable
- Able to work under pressure
- Experience of working with Excel
- Exposure to Medius, Oracle, ERP or NetSuite would be an advantage
- A knowledge of foreign currency
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in the Automotive industry would be an advantage
