**Job Title: Clinical Fellow In Blood and Marrow Transplantation / Cellular Therapies**

**Department: National Adult Allogeneic Stem Cell Transplant Service**

**Location: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, Glasgow**

Applications are invited from doctors with suitable experience to work as a full time clinical fellow within the National Allogeneic Stem Cell Transplant supporting the haemopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT) and cellular therapy (CT) service. This exciting opportunity has arisen due to the expansion of our service and in particular the initiation and expansion of our licensed CAR T and investigational cellular therapy programme. This is a full time clinical fellowship which will provide experience and structured training in the use of CAR T cell and other cellular therapies and in all aspects of the practice of blood and marrow transplantation.

This post is designed to provide training in the management of patients who are suitable for licensed CAR-T therapies for leukaemia and lymphoma as well as other immunotherapies and for patients undergoing stem cell transplantation. Current haematology post graduate training programmes make it difficult for individuals to obtain the necessary expertise to move straight from training to consultant positions in this highly specialised and rapidly developing area without such a period of dedicated training.

This post is a 1 year out of programme training fellowship for senior haematology trainees but may also be of interest to haematologists post CCT who wish to develop an interest in cellular therapy and blood and marrow transplantation.
