Responsibilities will include:
- Taking and processing orders
- Providing delivery ETAs to customers
- Resolving customer queries
- Inputting orders onto a system (training provided)
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Able to work in a busy environment as well as using your own initiative
- Ability to prioritise
Please note that this is a fully office based role, and hours are between 7am-5.30pm. The company offer genuine opportunities for long term career progression for the right individuals.
