*THE ROLE*

Reporting to the Asset Manager, you be responsible to supporting the management of company assets across the PGL estate. You’ll be using your strong administrative and organisation skills to maintain accurate records of assets (such as beds, boilers, and cookers) across the PGL group. You’ll be using our Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) System to monitor, assess and take any required action related to the suitability of these assets. You’ll also provide vital support to the wider facilities team as required, including reporting and recommending process improvements as appropriate.

*IS THIS YOU?*

Experience working within a multi-site organisation and project coordinating is desirable but not essential, as we will provide all necessary training to ensure your success in the role. You must be analytical, methodical and with excellent organisational, communication and IT skills.
