**Social Media & Product Marketing Assistant**

**We are looking for an outgoing, bubbly, dog loving individual who can fit right into our small team at Bespoke Gems Ltd.**

**Currently based in Appley Bridge, Wigan, we are soon moving to our new HQ in Standish, Wigan and need someone to take our social media presence up a level**

**We specialise in personalised gifts and have a consistent range of new products hitting our online store which we need YOU to help us market and promote.**

**We would absolutely love someone with previous experience of working in social media, or with a full understanding on how this works and the business side of both TikTok and Instagram.**

**Job Description -**
- Managing multiple social media platforms including, but not limited to, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
- Shooting and editing social media content.
- Posting daily content on each platform in line with current trends and promotions.
- Hosting Live Streams.
- Responding to direct messages via social media platforms.
- Creating and sending wholesale brochures and flyers to new prospects. Arranging sales and promotions.
- Product photography.
- Managing listings for products on each of our selling platforms including, but not limited to, Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, TikTok and eBay.
- Any other tasks deemed necessary to the business.

**Experience Required -**
- Experience in management of social media platforms.
- Good level of understanding of analytics and social media reporting.
- Experience creating marketing materials on Canva.
- Passionate about content creation and video editing.
- Graphic Design.
- Adobe Illustrator knowledge preferred but not essential.
- Experience working with online marketplaces preferred.

Hours Worked - 18 hours per week, working Monday - Friday between the hours of 9am and 4.30pm. Hours can be discussed and arranged with the successful applicant.

Location - To be based at our new warehouse in Standish, Wigan. May be initially based at our current office in Appley Bridge, Wigan until our move date is confirmed.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 18 per week

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
