An exciting, newly formed role, with the purpose of delivering exceptional, high quality digital training resources for users of our assessment platforms.
**This is a 1 year fixed term contract opportunity and a hybrid working arrangement is offered**
**The Role**:
Working within the Customer Systems Implementation and Training team you will take ownership for the planning, creation, maintenance and localization of a range of digital training materials - which may take the form of guides, illustrations, animated videosor interactive resources. You will support a high-performing training team, through upskilling and mentoring of others. You will also contribute to the curriculum development for product training.
**Key Accountabilities**:
You will participate in the needs-analysis, design and development of bespoke training modules & materials, working with SME’s in the planning and scoping of requirements for the curriculum.
You will be accountable for the creation of Training and User Documentation and will be required to design and produce online learning videos and eLearning content.
Writing and updating training manuals and reference guides for training purposes will be key, as will regularly auditing materials in light of changing requirements and holding responsibility for the Content Management System.
**Required Experience**:
We are looking for prior experience in a similar role, ideally within a SaaS organisation. You will have extensive experience of Instructional design and a foundational comprehension of instructional design theory and techniques.
You will have a proven aptitude to produce effective copywriting, instructional text, audio / video scripts and experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs, computer-based training development, and asynchronous learning content.
You background should include experience in working with LMS platforms (ideally Moodle) and learning design software and you will have experience of working with CCMS authoring tools and proven experience of designing and delivering IT training materials toa wide range of users.

Excellent written and verbal English skills for the purpose of documentation development, curriculum development, editing and communication.
