Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our estate agency team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

**Duties**:

- Prepare property marketing material
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Manage and update company databases and filing systems
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong clerical skills including data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

Note: All positions at our company are paid positions.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
