**Night Baker - Cotswolds**
We are currently looking for an experienced Baker located in the Cotswolds. Our client is a sustainable and organic farm shop with a real family feel. The successful Baker will oversee the execution of all baked products as per company specifications.

**The Person**
The Night Baker will have:

- Have experience at a similar level in a similar environment
- High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.
- Have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen including COSHH and HACCP
- Have a passion for fresh food and good attention to detail
- Have the confidence to create and be innovative
