Do you have a passion for social media marketing and a knack for creating impactful KOC (Key Opinion Consumer)/Influencer campaigns? 121 Shoes, the leading footwear company, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Executive to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape our brand's online presence and drive engagement through influential partnerships and captivating seasonal promotional campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns that align with our brand objectives and target audience.
- Identify and build relationships with Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs) and influencers in the fashion and lifestyle space.
- Plan and execute collaborative campaigns with KOCs and influencers, leveraging their reach to increase brand awareness and drive conversions.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, leveraging data insights to optimize and improve future campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging influencer marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and creative, to align social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
- Plan and execute seasonal promotional campaigns, leveraging social media platforms to maximize impact and generate buzz.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback across social media channels.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in social media marketing and executing successful KOC/influencer campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in identifying and collaborating with influencers to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
- Excellent communication skills to build relationships with influencers and effectively convey brand messaging.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to think creatively and identify new opportunities for social media growth.
- Passion for the fashion and footwear industry, with a keen eye for trends and consumer behaviours.
