Suply2trade are a growing Trade Counter Business we have 5 branches and are growing our portfolio. With our recent growth we have a position available for Customer Service / Admin in our Stoke Head Office and the role is as follows.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering telephone calls and greeting customers
Building Customer relations and rapport
Providing customer support by assisting customers with any queries / issues they have on a daily basis. this includes inquiries about products, orders, returns and complaints.
Using in - house computer systems
Other duties the company may reasonably require.
Key Skills:
A good attention to detail.
A confident telephone manner.
Strong customer service skills.
A keenness to learn about products.
A confident and outgoing personality
Strong IT skills
The ability to work in a busy environment.
Strong organisational skills.
And the ability to be flexible due to the variation in responsibilities the job role requires.
**Salary**: £10.50-£11.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Burslem, ST6 2EB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
