Lettings Co-ordinator

James & James are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join our fast growing Lettings Team, where customer satisfaction is at the very core of everything we do.

If you have some property experience, we can enhance your skills further. We are looking for someone who can work to their own initiative, as part of a team in addition to having good communication and organisation skills.

You will need the ability to work in a high pressure environment, where attention to detail is key.

**What does the role involve?**
- Registering applicants
- Booking & attending viewings
- Let Progression
- Referencing
- Liaising with Tenants, Landlords & Contractors
- Arranging repairs/works orders
- Carrying out Inspections
- Various administration tasks

This role is varied and we can teach and develop you in each aspect of the Lettings journey.

**Hours**
- 5 days a week. Every Saturday (day off in the week)
- Weekdays 8.30am - 6pm and Saturday 9am-4pm

**Driving**
- Driving Licence and use of own car essential.

**Salary**
- Varies depending on experience.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
