**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role located in Tooting. As a SEN Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for supporting SEN children and working with the team in their cozy, home from home style, thriving and nurturing environment. You will ensure that the care of children is of the highest standard and demonstrate passion, inspiration and a caring attribute to all that you do. Your day-to-day tasks will include, but are not limited to, creating weekly plans and activities, liaising with parents, supervising children and working well within a small team. It is crucial for us that our employees love what they do and have a positive approach at all times to ensure that the best care and education for our Magdalen children is provided.

**Qualifications**
- Early Years Level 2 or above (eg. CACHE Level 2 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce or NVQ Level 2 in Childcare and Education)
- Proven experience working within a Toddler room or similar role in a childcare setting
- The ability to work as part of a team and to liaise positively with parents and other professionals
- Good knowledge of EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) and safeguarding children policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A passion for providing high-quality childcare and education
- Experience with a SEN child or in a SEN setting

Pay: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
