9.30am - 2.30pm. This could be ideal for a parent as it is school hours, but you need to have strong administration experience and able to help out in various area of the business including Accounts, Supply Chain and Facilities.

- processing of general invoices
- filing of supporting accounting documentation
- archiving management
- documents - processing of invoices through to departments
- additional support to current accounting team while on leave.
- Adhoc tasks as required

**supply chain**
- purchase order inputting in sap
- updating of po delivery dates
- creating reports for analysis use by supply chain management
- Adhoc tasks as required

**facilities**
- management of pool cars. (mots, insurances, etc)
- general stationary ordering
- general refreshment ordering
- organising general repair and maintenance of the building
- general office organising of hot desks
- Adhoc tasks as required

Great career development and full training is provided for the right person at this organisation, salary offered is between £23,500k (pro rata) + c£3k performance bonus along with 30 days holiday (pro rata) and 8 bank holidays, Bupa healthcare and pension.A generous yearly bonus is also given depending on company performance. The hours are Monday - Friday 9.30am - 2.30pm, onsite parking, excellent open plan offices. Due to the location, you must drive and have your own transport.
