A popular cafe/tearoom near the entrance to Bradgate Park, we're well know for our great coffee and cake, as well as welcoming dogs, cosy log burners and our beautiful garden, not forgetting our delicious breakfast, brunch and lunch menus. We are just getting busier and so we're looking for Experienced Front of House Team Members and Baristas to join our friendly team. We get busy, very busy and you can expect to work hard but with that comes a great vibe and team spirit.

We're keen to talk to people who have experience and love the buzz of a busy cafe/restaurant, maybe someone who loves hospitality but no longer wants to work evenings. We'd also happy to hear from you if you have had a career break for family.

Imediate start available.

The role:

- Welcoming customers
- Preparing drinks, hot and cold
- Serving cake, brownies, tiffins, flapjacks etc
- Serving customers, taking order, being friendly and helpful
- Serving drinks and food orders to customers at tables
- Clearing tables
- Assisting with pot washing when required
- End of day cleaning

- Able to work efficiently and remain calm during busy periods.

Due to our location own transport is essential as public transport is very limited although it is posssible to walk from Anstey. Please consider this before applying

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24-32 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Leicester, LE6 0HB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Barista: 1 year (required)
