We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join a Michelin star fine dining restaurant at this award winning, luxury 5* hotel near Oban, Scotland. Live in accommodation is offered in addition.
This truly stunning hotel has 16 bedrooms as well as offering self-contained accommodation with incredible views over the surrounding countryside and the neighbouring Loch. Set in 350 acres of private land, the hotel houses a luxury spa, leisure facilitiesand a golf course as well as two restaurants.
The Michelin star fine dining restaurant offers exquisite food using the highest quality seasonal ingredients and produce. There is also a high standard bistro serving exceptional food on a smaller scale.
As the Chef de Partie, you will be a key part of the team of 10. Ideally you will be creative with flair and be able to produce a high standard of food using fresh ingredients and produce. As the fine dining restaurant holds a Michelin star, naturally the standardsand expectations are high so these must be maintained constantly.
- Be an experienced Chef de Partie
- Have worked within a 2AA Rosette or Michelin star kitchen
- Be creative with flair
- be genuinely passionate about exceptional food and ingredients
- Be able to work as a team player
- Have exceptional attention to detail and presentation
- Be able to work under pressure whilst remaining calm and reasonable
- Be flexible and willing with a positive, can do attitude
The hotel does offer accommodation (£25 a week all inclusive) as well as a variety of benefits (use of leisure facilities, hotel discounts etc)
