Groundsperson/ Maintenance Worker

No experience necessary as full training and support will be given.

Must hold clean Full UK Driving Licence.

Start date - April 2023

Job duties
- To undertake grass cutting duties using hand propelled and/or where appropriate self propelled machines
- To undertake a range of general duties associated with grounds maintenance work, including occasional litter picking, digging and other physical labour.
- Siting and removal of caravans (new and old)
- Delivering of gas bottles both with a trolley/delivery truck.
- Comply with safe working practices & report faulty equipment & potential hazards
- To build a basic understanding of caravan park procedures and/or whom to direct enquiries to.
- General maintenance of both Caravan Park and other company properties.
- Understand the extra precautions being taken in response to Covid-19

** Hiring 1 x full time + 1 x part time.

** Monday - Friday // Sunday on a rota basis.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week

**Salary**: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
