Internal Sales Administrator

**Basic salary £24,000 basic + monthly bonus of £500 (approx. but uncapped) plus annual company bonus.**

We are now looking for a confident and positive full time Sales Administrator to join our highly successful, small (but growing) team in our modern offices in Watchfield, Swindon. **We offer all of our staff free hot/cold drinks and snacks (and we often enjoy cake)**.
You will assist with the daily routines within the Sales & Commercial Department for Dale, providing support to the Sales team, ensuring that all sales opportunities are captured and an excellent standard of service is provided and maintained. We would also love you to be involved in our exhibitions - helping to showcase our wonderful products at some of the UKs best events.
One to one training will be provided for this role and if you want to visit our site in Essex to further your knowledge of all things timber we would be delighted to show you.
**Role Responsibilities**
- To ensure the sales function operates effectively.
- Answer enquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain good relationships with prospective clients and professionals to promote further business
- To give expert advice to customers promoting the products and services Dale can offer.
- Sustain a positive team environment, displaying high levels of motivation and excellent team spirit.
- Promote effective communication throughout all levels
- To produce accurate & detailed estimates liaising with architects, contractors and end users (full training to be given)
- **Knowledge & Skills**:
- Previous face to face and telephone customer service experience is essential.
- Have a sales focussed approach to all customer contact capturing all opportunities which arise.
- Attention to detail.
- Numerate
- Ability to manage different tasks in a fast moving environment.
- Proficient in the use of IT software and systems. ie Microsoft Office.
