**rTriibe** is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team to support our busy partner secondary school on a full-time basis in **Bebington**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Covering classes in the absence of a teacher and delivering pre-prepared lesson plans
- Maintaining discipline and managing behaviour in the classroom
- Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of students during lessons
- Reporting any incidents or concerns to the relevant member of staff
- Providing support to pupils with their learning where required
- Encouraging and promoting a positive learning environment
- Liaising with teaching staff and senior leaders where necessary
- Previous experience working with secondary school-aged students is desirable but not essential
- Supervisory experience in a busy working environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A positive and proactive approach to work
- A willingness to learn and develop within the role
- Available to work at short notice
