To promote the mental and physical activity of clients and to involve less able residents in activities by talking to them, taking them out, sharing activities with them such as reading, writing, hobbies, and recreations.
- Arrange and support outdoor activities - minibus trips, garden centre visits, theatre trips, etc, and to be flexible on the hours worked necessitated by trips, BBQ’s, etc.
- Provide support for fund raising events for Friends of Camelot, i.e. coffee mornings/summer fetes, etc. Support the activities team with coffee morning groups, karaoke afternoons etc within the home.
- Maintain a record of the activities, including photographs.
- Source and book external entertainment, keeping an eye on the budget.
- Thinking of new and interesting ways to enhance our resident’s lives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £13.52-£14.52 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
