Juventus Academy Devon provide a range of footballing programmes to the children of Devon, working under the world famous club Juventus philosophy and methodology. Our FA and UEFA qualified coaches will deliver fun and enjoyable sessions under the Juventus training syllabus.

Players will have the opportunity to wear the famous 'Bianconeri' official kit and be open to opportunities to attend Juventus events in Italy.

**Job description**

**Juventus Academy Devon are looking to recruit a football coach who will be responsible for delivering fun and challenging football sessions for children, varying in a range of different age groups between 6 - 16. Juventus coaches will be provided with the philosophy and methodology of the Juventus Academy and will be reviewed by Juventus Academy Devon head coaches and Juventus Academy coaches visiting occasionally from Italy. Selected football coaches will be provided with support from one of our expert FA A licence and FA mentor coaches.**

Role responsibilities:

- Set a good example to the young people who view me as a role model
- Deliver fun and enjoyable football sessions, whilst maintaining a high standard of football coaching and football detail.
- Planning appropriate sessions and evaluating - working with our FA mentor.
- Promote high standards and adhere to the Juventus Academy philosophy
- Prepared to travel to JPL matches (if selected JPL coach)
- Write match reports (if selected JPL coach)
- Adhere to the Juventus Academy Devon code of conduct
- Familiarise and abide by Juventus Devon safeguarding policy
- Engage in communication with parents about key details and possible issues
- Attend Juventus Academy Devon coaching workshops provided to you
- To hold responsibility of care for your players and equipment
- Feedback to your lead or head coach regarding players, facilities and sessions
- Maintain a professional image on and off the football pitch - you are representing a worldwide brand, Juventus.
- Attend additional footballing events (if required) provided by Juventus Academy.
- Cooperate professionally with others in football (Parents, Doctors, Coaches, Referee’s, League officials, Welfare officer)
- Opportunity of additional hours of 1:1 coaching sessions

Professional qualifications and skills:

- Experience with working with children
- A minimum of FA Level 2 qualification, or above, in football coaching
- Full driving license or another form of travel
- Have an up to date DBS check or agree to submitting a new one
- Fun, engaging and positive mentality when coaching children
- Good communication skills
- Up to date FA safeguarding
- Up to date FA first aid
- Organised and good time keeping
- Hold FA Youth modules or UEFA qualifications (Desirable)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.00-£25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 12 per week
