**Job title**:HR Advisor

**Location**:Rochester, Kent: We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

**Salary**: £30,000 - £32,000 depending on experience

**What you’ll be doing**:

- General advisory guidance and support to functional line managers
- Employee Relations Case Management: Investigations, Disciplinary, Grievance, Absence, Ill Health Capability, Performance Management
- To produce, interpret and manage information and reports as required in order to support business requirements
- Organise and carry out new employee inductions
- Administer probation monitoring
- Undertake Interim (new starter) & Exit Interviews
- Other ad-hoc duties and project work required to support the business and HR team

**Your skills and experiences**:
Essential:

- Previous HR advisor level experience
- Strong ER and case management experience
- Excellent IT, communication, problem solving, organisation and prioritisation skills
- Ability to build and maintain excellent business relationships across all levels within the business

Desirable:

- CIPD Level 3
- Experience of working within a large matrix organisation

As HR Advisor you will provide efficient and effective HR advice and support to employees, Line Managers and business leaders and to contribute to the long-term development of the HR function.
