Multifunctional Operator

**CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent**

**SALARY: £12.42 or £13.37 per hour dependent on experience, plus £3552 per annum shift allowance**

A vacancy has arisen for a Multi-Functional Operator to join our team within our Maintenance and Materials Handling contract at Ratcliffe Power Station.

Hargreaves Industrial Services provide a varied Operations and Maintenance service to our client at Ratcliffe Power Station. We are responsible for the maintenance of both the FGD and Coal Plant, managing fixed plant including but not limited to work on conveyors, pumps, motors and gearboxes. In addition to our maintenance works we handle solid fuels and by-products from power generation.

**_The role briefly encompasses the following duties: -_**

**Undertaking operational tasks including**:

- Coal Reception / Bunker Operation duties
- Conveyor operations - including cleaning and visual inspections

**Yellow Plant Operations including**:

- Motor Scraper
- Dumper Truck
- Bulldozer
- 360 Excavator
- Loading Shovel
- Small yellow plant
- Observe plant operations to identify and address faults
- Undertake training as and when required in order to ensure full understanding of the operation
- Ensure that all H&S measures are in place and completed, such as hazard reports and SBSU conversations
- Complete any other reasonable tasks or requests as required, in order to meet KPIs.
