Pastoral Leads are key positions within our Trust and school, responsible for the personal development and welfare of all pupils within their designated phase so that every child can leave the school equipped to lead a happy and successful life.

As a Pastoral Lead, you will be a highly motivated, organised and flexible individual who will enable students to maintain excellent learning habits and high levels of independence and resilience.

We are looking for applicants with:

- a willingness to work across the 2-11 primary range;
- Effective communication skills and a commitment to a collaborative team approach;
- Excellent organisational skills;
- Energy, loyalty, passion and integrity;
- An ambition to develop leadership skills and qualities;
- High aspirations for all children, themselves and a desire to raise standards;
- Experience of working with children of relevant age in a learning environment and with pupils with additional social and emotional needs.
