Time Appointments are working with a leading organisation based in Ipswich who are recruiting for a Sales Ledger professional to join their Finance Team due to growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- To ensure the timely production of invoices to a large portfolio of customer accounts
- To complete strict measures of research and reporting to ensure 100% accuracy in all cases
- To reconcile statements and any other relevant customer information to ensure payment
- To liaise over the phone with appropriate level contacts for all accounts to ensure the swiftest possible payment
- To chase any non-payment and identify and resolve any problems arising.
- To accurately process transactions onto spreadsheets

The successful Sales Ledger will require the following:

- Accurate data recording skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Advanced/Intermediate Excel skills
- A proven record of account management
- Knowledge of credit control procedures would be advantageous
