Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will provide essential care and assistance to individuals in need. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

**Duties**:

- Provide personal care and support to individuals in their homes or care facilities
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding, ensuring dietary requirements are met
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living areas and doing laundry
- Transport individuals to appointments, outings, or social activities
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals
- Monitor and report any changes in the individual's condition or behavior

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in childcare, senior care, or patient care is preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with individuals of all ages
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Knowledge of medication administration and basic first aid is a plus

Note: This position may involve working in various settings such as home care, assisted living facilities, hospice care, or other healthcare environments.

**Salary**: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Home care: 1 year (preferred)
- Support Worker: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

- United Kingdom (required)
