We are looking for a Concierge team member to join a team of distinguished hospitality enthusiasts. The hotel has recently reopened following a full hotel refurbishment. Our goal is to create the greatest golf hotel experience in the world.

**What will I be doing?**
- Create outstanding guest experiences
- Ability to answer all general inquiries on the hotel and other golf related requests, entertainment, services, and tours in the surrounding areas
- Be able to perform a variety of guest requests and think creatively when called upon in order to establish a memorable experience for every guest and member
- Answer all internal and external calls with the utmost speed and professionalism
- Room guests whilst delivering luggage and sharing design inspiration
- Valet Park cars on and off site
- Maintain good relationships with all key contacts both inside and outside of the hotel
- Actively participate in training and continuing professional development

**What are we looking for?**
- Genuinely friendly and caring
