**Looking for a dedicated and compassionate personal assistant to care for 18-year-old daughter who has ADHD, moderate learning difficulties, and Autism? Look no further We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced personal assistant.
- As a personal assistant, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one support to our daughter with a focus on helping her to manage her day-to-day activities. This will include assistance with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, etc, as well as support with appointments and scheduling, medication management, social activities and outings, and communication and engagement.
Location: PE30

Person specification
- Essential:
- Excellent communication skills
- Patience, compassion, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently.
- Desirable:
- Driving license holder with own vehicle and appropriate business insurance essential
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Female due to the personal care aspects of the role
Summary terms and conditions
- The rate of pay for this position is £11 per hour
- Hours and times of work: 12 Hrs P/W Flexible, Time discussed further at interview.
- The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks
- Free Care Skills Training provided to employed staff
- A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer
- Satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer
- Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 3 months
