Renewals Agent

This role is a fast paced, customer focused sales role, which will be dealing with all existing customers, with a view to maximising retention levels, with a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Quote and follow up with renewals customers that currently have an insurance policy
- Achieve key retentions metrics as outlined by line manager
- Provide an excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and ensuring their requirements are satisfied
- Learn the full suite of products offered, with the assistance of a full onboarding and ongoing development plan in order to provide customers with accurate advice on policy coverage
- Maintain a high level of productivity, focussing on organising your pipeline of upcoming renewals throughout the month

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience within the insurance or sales industry (Desirable)
- Understanding of or experience working in a targeted sales environment
- Microsoft Office skills in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in successfully prioritising tasks in a professional environment
- Ability to thrive in a competitive sales environment
- Ability to self-motivate and work well as part of a team
- Hold or be working towards (or willing to work towards) Cert CII qualification (Desirable)
