My amazing client in Tewkesbury is looking for multiple IT Support to join their team.

This is an entry level position, so no experience is required. You must have the right attitude, can get to Tewkesbury, and broad understanding of IT and Network Solutions

There is fantastic progression within this role, development is rapid if you put the work in.

**The Role**:

- Act as the first point of contact for technical issues raised across head office and external depots.
- Monitor the network: keeping hardware fault-free, maintaining supplies and resolving basic issues in a timely manner.
- and third-line support team via externalsuppliers.
- Fault finding across network, printer, desktop & laptops, and associated infrastructure.
- Software and hardware setup and optimisation

**Requirements**:

- A broad understanding of network solutions, remote desktop connection, server management and office-based telephony systems.
- High level Microsoft Excel advanced Outlook, Exchange, Office 365 and Visio.
- Excellent customer service skills and the willingness to take on independent projects as directed.
- Motivation to work proactively and using initiative to solve issues as they arise.
- Occasional travel to other depots in order to provide in-person support.
- Ability to quickly understand bespoke software solutions as used in our sales areas.
- Level 3/4 ICT qualified (or similar field); GCSEs to include Maths and English
