**Shifts Pattern 1**:Mon to Fri 06:30 - 09:30 and Sat 06:30 - 11:30

**Shifts Pattern 2**: Mon to Fri 16:30 - 22:00 and Sun 09:30 - 22:00

**Shifts Pattern 3**:Sat - Sun 06:30 - 16:30

**Shifts Pattern 4**:Sat - Sun 12:00 - 22:00

**Salary**:£23,000 pro rata

**The main duties of the On-Call Coordinator role include**:

- To respond quickly to all incoming client correspondence and shift requests.
- To respond quickly to all incoming worker correspondence.
- To work closely with the branch network to ensure you are fully utilising all available workers.
- Taking a comprehensive handover each shift from the branch network and then subsequently providing the branch network with a comprehensive handover following each shift.
- To utilise the full range of communication strategies used by both clients and workers to ensure full operational coverage.
- Ensuring that the Recruitment System is accurate and up to date at all times.
- To ensure that all individual and team performance objectives are met.
- To ensure that the On-Call team agenda actively supports the wider strategic direction of the company.
- To support your Team Leaders with all aspects of data collection, reporting capability, interpretation, and trend analysis.
- Administration experience
- Telephony experience
- High levels of attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong Microsoft Office experience - Outlook/Word/Excel
- Experience using database platforms
