We have a great opportunity for a responsible and enthusiastic individual to join our team of friendly and welcoming staff.

This is a full time position. Monday to Friday 8-4

You will be working closely as an integral member of the team.

We are looking to recruit a flexible, dynamic and motivated administrator for our fast paced and friendly team to manage the roster, assist the manager and team in order to offer the best possibly service delivery.
- To provide an efficient administration and secretarial service to the Ward Manager, ensuring all work is prioritised according to the demands of the service. Managing own workload and acting on an independent basis as required by an experienced Administrator.
- To supervise the Training Administrator within the Ward Area
- Assisting the Ward Manager with administrative support in order to effectively manage a multi-disciplinary department.
- Provide technical support for rota management and engage in discussions regarding improvements and amendments.
- To manage rotas for Hickstead Department.

The role includes a wide range of general administration tasks including working mainly with the Health Roster system, Bamboo Panda and Careflow. Other tools include Outlook, Excel, Word. Previous experience on our systems is required and computer literacy and good knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must as is the ability to type at 40-60 words a minute.

You will be expected to take minutes for meetings, write up reports and work closely with the manager. You will have excellent spoken and written English.

You will be expected to manage the stock and order confidently through procurement.

You will need to be able to work as part of a team, but also be able to work autonomously, using your own initiative and reporting skills. You will have superb organisational and time keeping skills, which are essential for this position.
