Purpose

We are seeking a Graduate to be based at Nissan Motor Manufacturing (UK) Ltd, Sunderland to work in our Quality & Warranty Applications team managing and developing our dealer warranty system and supplier quality reporting system.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

You will be joining a vibrant team, working together to improve the quality and warranty policies and systems used by the dealers, suppliers and our TCS team to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction is delivered.

Your role will be to coordinate business requirements for changes in the warranty and supplier chargeback policies and systems via workshops with business users, develop plans and coordinate with the all teams to ensure changes are project managed - developed, tested and deployed in line with the plans.

What we’re looking for
- Must have or are expected to gain at least a 2:1 in a business, project management or IS related degree
- Creative thinking / problem solving mind-set
- Numerate with strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Great team player following the Nissan Way values
- Locationally flexible to carryout placement in NMUK (Sunderland) and placement in NTCE (Cranfield)
- Flexibility to start outside traditional recruitment window (start date ASAP)
