We are a growing national independent business, and we have an exciting opportunity for a HR professional to join our People team as a HR Business Partner.

As a HR Business Partner, you will provide high quality and commercial HR Business Partnering and advice to our managers across the business and support in the delivery of strategic people initiatives to ensure we are a great place to work and that we attract, retain and develop our talent across the business.

The role is Hybrid and based in our beautiful offices in Esholt but will also require some travel to spend time with our teams in practice.

**What you will be doing**:

- Actively contributing to the strategic quarterly projects, taking ownership for the delivery of key projects.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to support and drive new initiatives.
- Supporting line managers by providing comprehensive and timely advice on matter such as managing attendance, performance management, disciplinary and grievance and the associated HR administration processes.
- Manage the end-to-end HR acquisition process including completing the due diligence process and supporting the integration of new team members.
- Supporting with retaining high calibre talent, identifying training and development opportunities and supporting with succession planning.
- Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team to attract and recruit top talent for your business areas.
- Participating in the review, development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Producing timely monthly reports, reviewing people metrics, creating and implementing plans to drive improvements.

**Do you have what it takes?**
- 5 years+ experience as a HR professional.
- Previous experience within an HR Business Partnering role, ideally in a fast paced, multi-site environment.
- Strong Generalist HR experience at both Operational and Strategic level required.
- Experience in managing acquisition projects including an understanding of the TUPE regulations.
- The ability to influence, coach and support managers across the business.
- Be a self-starter with the ability to work independently using their own initiative.
- Proven analytical, numerical and evaluation skills to effectively review data and trends.
- Outstanding relationship building and influencing skills both internally and externally.
- Be confident in challenging difficult stakeholders and have the ability to provide comprehensive and timely advice.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisation skills.
- Ability to manage projects.
- Experience of drafting and/or delivering training.
- Pro-active and personable individual with excellent communication skills and a desire to continuously improve.
