**About Environet UK Ltd**

We are an established and respected specialist in Japanese knotweed and invasive plant removal working nationally in both the commercial and residential sectors. To support our growth, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a full time Junior Marketing Executive, based at our Head Office in Send, Woking.

Our small, dynamic, marketing team, led by the Marketing Director, is made up of a mix of internal staff and external consultants, enabling us to deliver to the very highest standards.

**Role and Responsibilities**:
The Junior Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing the marketing and communication activities according to the business’ yearly marketing plan.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, typical tasks will include:

- Designing and creating content, communication and materials for marketing initiatives as required.
- Carrying out data collection and market research as directed by the Marketing Manager.
- Uploading new content and making other basic changes to Environet’s webpage (built on WordPress).
- Designing and creating content using Canva for Environet’s Social Media platforms in accordance with the content plan.
- Maintaining, growing, and improving our database of photographic and video assets to make sure marketing work is not constrained due to a shortage of quality content.
- Ensuring that the social media planner is up to date.
- Ensuring all social media links (signatures, website pages) are working and that all social media pages information is up to date.
- Ensuring all marketing/PR related data is saved appropriately on Environet’s server.
- Gathering information for new staff biography copy.
- On hand to help coordinate company events.
- Responding to Trustpilot/Google Reviews.
- Liaising with operations and sales teams to identify possible PR case studies.
- Identifying and sourcing new prospects for different areas within the marketing department.
- Managing new data within the company CRM system, tagging accordingly.
- Generating social media reports for in-house analysis.
- Managing administrative tasks wherever needed.

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work both quickly and accurately.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office 365.
- Competent user of WordPress.
- Previous experience in a similar role for a sales or marketing department is an advantage.
- Degree in Marketing, Journalism or equivalent.
