Examinations Officer

We are looking for a senior examinations manager to help support oversee the exams for the upcoming exam period at a lovely secondary school based in Ellesmere Port. The school are looking for someone full time to start just have the February half term andwill be committed to working 5 days a week with normal school hours of 8:30am to 3:30pm.

The role consists of managing all aspects of examinations working alongside the data manager to improve teaching and learning across the schools. You would need to work closely and collaboratively with staff, students and exam boards to manage the processand proactively solve problems.

**Further responsibilities include -**
- Managing the finances towards exams including examinations, resits, invigilators and other costs surrounding exams.
- Planning and allocating invigilators across the school to manage exams.
- Liaising with the SENCO for any specific needs and special arrangements for pupils.
- Maintaining data through the system ARBOR. Training will provided.
- Following the strict compliance of distributing exam results.
- Managing the exam paperwork and ensuring the right resources are provided.

**To be considered for this role, we will need -**
- Proof of Right to Work, this could be your Passport or Birth Certificate.
- A CV that covers 10 years of education or employment.
- A fully enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to process one with us. (We will refund the cost of the DBS)
