Installations Coordinator

As a result of continued growth Playtime by Fawns are looking to recruit an Installations Coordinator to work within a small friendly team based out of our facility in Kettering.

Established for over 30 years, and part of Wicksteed Leisure, we pride ourselves on a high level of customer service with an emphasis on attaining complete customer satisfaction - 70% of our revenue is from returning customers.

**Installations Coordinator Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the scheduling of work for installation teams
- Create installation packs for sending to installation teams
- Being the first point of contact for customers with issues or concerns during installations
- Support the Contracts Managers with administration tasks

**Installations Coordinator Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills with a positive, customer focused attitude
- Good administration and organisational skills
- Ability to manage one’s time effectively and work with minimum supervision
- Computer literate - Basic Microsoft Packages Word/Excel/Outlook
- Experience of working in an office environment and as part of a team
