Job Overview:

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize phone etiquette to assist customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts for their vehicles.
- Utilize Excel to maintain accurate records of inventory and orders.
- Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and other staff members to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of parts orders.
- Organize and maintain the parts inventory to facilitate quick retrieval and efficient operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, issues, and concerns promptly and professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a parts advisor role is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory effectively.
